Airomatic Pumps
We recommend that all air operated pumps are used with an Air Management System (M5511 or similar) for extended operating life. It is strongly recommended that a pressure relief valve is fitted to fixed lube lines. They are designed to overcome the pressure build up due to heat expansion. Air operated pumps should not be left connected to an air supply and left unattended for long periods. Considerable damage or loss could occur if system failure occurs down stream of pump. Always provide adequate safety systems or disconnect from air supply.
All flow rate values are free flow estimates, flow rate can change depending on viscosity, temperature of the liquid and outlet system. These well proven, state of the art pumps are designed for long trouble free life. Operating pressures 3-8 bar min/max. Maximum air consumption 125Ltr/min @ 8 bar.
Specification:
This pump has a longer stroke with a twin air distributor. It will pump high volumes of gear oil through long pipe runs, hose and meters. Especially suitable when pumping from tanks located outside or when available air pressure is low.
