Our Grease Guns and Pumps are designed to handle most of the popular multipurpose greases to NLGI - No.2 specification made with light to medium base oil viscosities. However, with greases for special applications, which may have high viscosity base oils and/or special additives, problems may be encountered. If so, the question of pumpability should be referred to the appropriate grease manufacturer.

Greasing System - Keg Sizes for Hand and Airomatic GreasingOur Greasers are designed to suit grease containers and kegs for most countries. In cases of doubt, please specify dimensions A, B & C of grease containers when purchasing. The net contents of the container should also be advised.
A=Outside diameter of keg rim, B=Inside diameter of keg, C=Inside depth of container, D=Outside diameter, T=If tapering keg - internal diameter at top and bottom.
All greasers are supplied with rubber-edged follower plates as standard to reduce grease vortexing and cavitation in the containers. 1.5 metres of high pressure rubber flexihose and 4 jaw coupler and a cranked extension tube. Pressure exceeds 6000psi. Min bend radius 34mm.
*Note: Economy version with pressed round lid. (2800psi max). Light duty use, the handle will lock void is full.
