Fuel Dispenser

A fuel dispenser is a machine at a filling station that is used to pump petrol, diesel, LPG, ethanol fuel, biofuels like biodiesel, kerosene, or other types of fuel into vehicles. Other than automobile fuel filling stations, fuel dispensers are also used at airports, fleets, farms, ranches, construction and manufacturing companies.

They are usually made of metals like aluminum and stainless steel with the hosing, nozzles and dust caps being made from either plastic or rubber. Nozzles are attached to the pump via flexible hoses, allowing them to be placed into the vehicle's filling inlet. The hoses are robust to survive hardships such as being driven over, and are often attached using heavy spring or coil arrangements to provide additional strength. Other parts of the dispensing equipment include the fuel pump, flow meter, coupler, connector and valves to stop the flow.

In choosing the right fuel dispenser, conditions like the flow of rate of the fuel, maximum working pressure, inlet size, and weight of the materials used, etc., need to be considered. We can provide a wide range of dispensers including single nozzle, multi-nozzles, suction type and submersible type, remote system, vapour recovery system, standard flow rate and heavy duty and also mobile type dispensers.
