Airomatic Greasing Systems - Technical Data
Airomatic greasers are suitable for use with multipurpose greases to NLGI - No.2 specification made with light to medium base oil viscosities. However, with greases for special applications, which may have high viscosity base oils and/or special additives, problems may be encountered. If so, the question of pumpability should be referred to the appropriate grease manufacturer.
Power source is by highly efficient trouble free airo-motors of proven design.
Operating pressure 3.5 bar minimum to 8 bar maximum.
For extended operating life we recommend pressures of 6 bar in conjunction with filtered and lubricated air lines. See Lumeter Air Management System code: M5511.
Safety Warning: 100:1 ratio not to be used with hand held equipment.
Note: Ensure only air operated grease flexihoses are used with this equipment.
